Russia: Final results of the 2008 presidential election

9:30 Moscow time clock counting the votes of the last presidential election in 2008. Bogdanov Andrei Vladimirovich, a candidate of the Democratic Party of Russia and a political Noname 953 978 and was thus 1.29% of the vote.The third place, or as he himself said, “The Bronze” scandal was the Russian politician and chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Vladimir Zhirinovsky Wolfowitsch.It reached a total of 6,916,094 votes 9.37% of the votes and thus more than his party in the parliamentary elections last year . The big winner of the evening was finally Putin and the Kremlin favorite Successor Dmitry Medvedev. With 51,812,354 votes, it reached 70.22% of all votes cast on this day.
